Rose-Ellen is completing her final year at Quinnipiac University and will graduate with a BA in Legal Studies. Rose-Ellen lives in Newport, Rhode Island with her parents, sister and two dogs. A lifelong friend to animals and companion dog owner, Rose-Ellen is excited to have the opportunity to advocate for the rights of those animals.
