Jisella is a first-year law student at Quinnipiac School of Law, concurrently pursuing a Master’s in Food and Agriculture Law and Policy from Vermont School of Law. Her journey began in pre-veterinary studies before transitioning to pre-law, allowing her to merge her passion for both fields. She has a 10-year-old red poodle named Big Red, who was dismissed by his family for being between “toy” and “miniature” size. Rescuing him deepened her commitment to animal advocacy. She is thrilled to join the Center for Animal Litigation, where she can contribute to the intersection of law and animal welfare.
