Jasmine met Thom when they both responded to an emergency involving a Virginia dog facing possible death after a bite incident. Jasmine received her BS in Organizational Management, and her MBA in Business Administration from Patten University in Oakland CA before becoming inspired to take up the practice of law while working at a nonprofit organization in San Francisco. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law.

In her spare time, Jasmine loves to spend every moment with her husband raising their two-year-old son, and of course with their beloved dog “Vince”. As an avid animal lover, she also dedicates time to animal rescue. She is fluent in Farsi and admitted to practice in the state of Maryland.
