By supporting this inaugural fundraiser, you continue to inspire us to move forward with our high impact precedent-setting legal challenges to save the lives of companion animals. We are challenging already in several state and federal courts. The demand is overwhelming for us to expand these efforts in several other states. We are incrementally expanding the fundamental rights of animals in courtrooms as far as we can reach!
Funds needed are NOT for legal fees, but merely the out-of-pocket expenses we must incur to challenge towns and states which indiscriminately take the lives of innocent animals every day. These litigation expenses run into the thousands of dollars for each case we take on.
